Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Sector 63 Noida (Onsite) Shift: US Time Zone (7:00 PM-4: 00AM) Experience: 1-3 years Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Transportation and Meals: Please note that this position does not offer transportation or meal allowance Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Identify top IT talent through job boards, social media, and other channels. Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with client needs. ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, or related field. 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). Expertise in W2 hiring models. Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, indeed, LinkedIn). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1-B, GC, TN, OPT). Prior experience in a high-volume staffing environment.
