Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Vijayawada - Onsite Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for our clients' consulting needs. Key responsibilities include: Responsibilities: Reviewing and analyzing active client requirements to identify and source candidates for open positions. Leveraging multiple online platforms and social media to discover potential candidates. Conducting phone screenings to assess candidate`s technical skills and cultural fit. Presenting career opportunities to qualified candidates and maintaining strong relationships with contract employees and vendors. Collaborating in daily huddles with management to ensure all open roles are covered, and successful closures are achieved. Utilizing job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and others for sourcing, and posting jobs as needed. Managing recruitment for both contract and permanent positions. Requirements: Well-versed in US employment terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and familiar with various US visa types. Strong experience working with W2 tax terms is essential. Comprehensive experience in handling the complete US recruitment life cycle. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of IT technologies. Excellent communication skills are a must.
