Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Chennai Duration: Full time Office Timings - 7.30 PM to 04.30 AM Job description: Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within a time frame. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resource Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database. Required skills Candidates must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Employees should be self-motivated and independent. Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all Tax terms in the US. Having dealt with Corp to Corp, W2, 1099, contract, contract to hire, etc. Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder corp. to corp., etc. The Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in US IT Staffing. Should have strong experience and proven track record in end to end IT Recruitments.
