Team Lead – Bench Sales

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters
  • Market bench candidates and maintain strong vendor/client relationships
  • Review and refine resumes, ensuring timely submissions
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and consistently deliver results

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of Bench Sales experience with team management
  • Strong vendor/client network and excellent lead generation skills
  • Great communication, negotiation, and resume writing abilities
  • Good understanding of visa types
