US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience: 2-3 years Type - Onsite US Shift/Night Shift (6:30PM - 3:30PM IST) Only female candidates are preferable. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients. Key Responsibilities: Market and place bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT) in contract, contract-to-hire roles with direct clients and tier-1 vendors. Develop strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to generate new business opportunities. Effectively negotiate rates with vendors and clients while ensuring the best possible terms for both parties. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with consultants to understand their skills, interests, and job preferences to find suitable placements. Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and submission of consultant profiles to clients. Maintain and update records of submissions, interviews, and placements. Follow up with clients and vendors for feedback and interview scheduling. Maintain regular communication with consultants on the bench to ensure their engagement and availability status. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment. Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications. Excellent networking, negotiation, and marketing skills to engage with vendors and clients. Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
