What You'll Do: . Guide customers through resolving past-due accounts across telecom, medical and other industries . Develop and negotiate effective payment arrangements . Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals . Maintain accurate documentation while following all compliance requirements Schedule: 5 Work Nights per week with 2 Roster Offs each week. This is a night shift job. What You'll Need: . Experience with or aptitude for payment plan negotiation . Strong communication in US English language and active listening skills . Ability to multitask and manage time effectively .
