Job Description:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Customer Support team. You’ll be responsible for assisting US-based customers through calls, emails, or chats — ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
  • Deliver excellent service and maintain quality standards in communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns.
  • Freshers with good communication are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
