US Accounts Manager- (Day Shift)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced US Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle for our US operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in AP, AR, General Ledger, P&L, Balance Sheet, month-end closing, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and compliance. This is a senior, full-ownership role involving leadership, reporting, and end-to-end financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire US accounting process including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial entries, and ledger accuracy.
• Prepare and review P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and management reports.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, adjustments, and finalization.
• Ensure accurate vendor payments, purchase invoice processing, and expense management.
• Manage customer billing, collections, credit control, and revenue tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and account audits.
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP, taxation rules, and corporate financial guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal US teams, auditors, tax consultants, and management.
• Review junior accounting work (if applicable) and maintain internal financial controls.
• Identify financial risks, recommend improvements, and support financial planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,620.75 - ₹52,475.18 per month
