Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead Accounting & Tax Preparation with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Mohali or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US accounting and tax preparation, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the team's workload and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare adjustments for converting financials from Accrual to Cash or Cash to Accrual.
Prepare tax returns for individual (Form 1040) and non-individual taxpayers (Form 1065 & Form 1120).
Communicate effectively with clients and accounting companies.
Oversee bookkeeping and accounting in QuickBooks/XERO/SAGE with monthly and year-end closings.
Lead a team of bookkeepers, accountants, and tax return preparers.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree, preferably CA/Inter CA/MBA Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation for USA clients.
Experience in managing accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficient in tax preparation for individual and non-individual taxpayers using Lacerte/CCH/TurboTax/DRAKE etc.
Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preference given to male candidates unless there is a deserving female candidate.
