About the Role

US Accounting

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and handle monthly closing activities.
Prepare and review
financial statements
,
bank reconciliations
, and
general ledger
reports.
Assist with
accounts payable
,
accounts receivable
,
payroll processing
, and
cash flow management
.
Ensure all accounting activities adhere to
US GAAP
standards.
Utilize leading US accounting software such as
QuickBooks
,
Xero
,
NetSuite
, and other cloud-based platforms.
Collaborate directly with
US clients
, ensuring timely delivery of accounting reports and providing necessary support.

Candidate Requirements

CPA
,
Chartered Accountant
, or
Semi-Qualified CA
with a minimum of
3 years of articleship
.
Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including
finalisation of accounts
, reconciliations, and compliance.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the US Accounting and Taxation framework.
Excellent analytical ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
; experience with accounting and tax software will be an added advantage.
