Role Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations. Diagnose urological conditions and formulate treatment plans. Perform urological surgeries and assist in complex procedures. Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Stay updated with the latest advancements in urology and surgical techniques. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Engage in outreach programs to promote urological health awareness. Manage patient flow and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols. Address patient concerns and respond effectively to inquiries. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Qualifications: MBBS/MD/DNB degree from a recognized institution. Completed residency in Urology or a related field.
