Company Name - Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls. Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Pre-Sales Support: Respond to inquiries regarding available properties via phone, email, or in-person. Provide detailed property information to potential clients, including features, pricing, and location details. Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Schedule property viewings and coordinate with clients and agents. Follow up on leads to assess client interest and convert leads into appointments or sales. Maintain and update a database of prospective clients. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
