Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Center Manager role at Crysta IVF in Pune. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure a seamless customer experience, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team of fertility experts and healthcare professionals. The role involves fostering a positive work culture, maintaining service excellence, driving patient satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. The Manager will also be responsible for team leadership, performance monitoring and goal achievement.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Operational planning, execution, and time management capabilities
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Fertility/IVF management is preferred
• A proactive, result-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities
