Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment, including machinery, instrumentation, and utilities. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including breakdowns, overhauls, and inspections. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, including assigning work orders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of spare parts and consumables. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and procedures. Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement in reliability and maintainability. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices. Preferred candidate profile : The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and minimizing downtime.
