Job Description

We have openings for :- Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities:- Tele calling and Client Engagement: Prospecting: Identify and contact new potential clients via phone to introduce the company's services and generate interest. Client Relationship Building: Build rapport with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the company's air freight, ocean freight, and customs brokerage services. Meeting Coordination: Meeting Setup: Arrange meetings between clients and the sales team or senior management (HODs) to facilitate business discussions and negotiations. Scheduling: Manage calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings, minimizing conflicts and maximizing productivity. Quotation Management: Quotation Creation: Prepare and customize quotations for clients based on their specific needs and requirements. Quotation Sharing: Send quotations to clients and ensure they are well-informed about the services and pricing. Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations to address client queries, provide additional information, and close deals. Sales Support and Administration: Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and quotations in the CRM system or other relevant databases. Sales Reports: Assist in preparing sales reports and providing insights to help the sales team and management make informed decisions. Sales Materials: Ensure that all sales materials, such as brochures and service sheets, are up-to-date and readily available for distribution. Communication and Collaboration: Internal Communication: Liaise with the sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication. Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and relay it to relevant teams to improve services and processes.
