Job description About the Role 1. Major Responsibilities As a core member of the Insurance Team, you would be responsible for end-to-end portfolio management of the owned businesses & scale: a. Launches & Experimentation on an ongoing basis : i. Embedded Insurance offerings relevant for Organization`s existing existing categories i.e., Physical like mobile phones or large appliances and Digital like Fintech / Travel etc (for enabling top or bottom-line) ii. Launch of standalone products on the portal like Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance etc. b. Negotiate with reinsurers/insurers on the best price for the customers & margins for FK c. Execute the agreements after coordination & alignment from multiple stakeholders-Demand Gen, PNP, Category, Legal, Compliance, Business Finance, Product, Engineering, third third-party providers and Insurers d. Day-to-day tracking of the Business, unblocking the challenges regularly e. Create report MIS regularly for org/leadership updates & communication

f. Responsible for charting out AOP & owning the Business metrics for the associated businesses g. Nurture relationships with all stakeholders for smooth operations

2. Qualifications

A. BTech. & MBA from a leading business school B. 4-5 years of post-MBA experience with at least 1-2 years exposure in the e-commerce / Digital Sales domain. C. Exposure to launching new products/offerings is a must. D. Previous experience in the InsurTech industry is a good to have

3. Key Competencies A. Entrepreneurial / Business Development skills with a Structured Problem-Solving approach B. Fair knowledge of handling Legal/Compliance nuances is must (as this role would demand complex interactions with Organization and the Insurer's Legal team) C. Experience in launching/leading Products with multifaceted teams (Product Marketing/Demand Planning & Growth) / Engineering/ D. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously E. Deep collaboration to meet objectives with various internal & external stakeholders F. Experience in MIS reporting with a reasonable understanding (hands-on) of data analytics
