Job Title: Construction In-Charge (Specialise in Construction of 200-meter High Tower in a Congested Area) Location: Worli, Mumbai. Job Type: Full-Time Introduction: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction In-Charge to oversee the construction of a 200-meter-high tower in a highly congested area of Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing similar high-rise projects, with expertise in on-site logistics planning and comprehensive technical knowledge essential for the successful completion of such complex constructions. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints. Oversee all phases of construction, from site preparation to project completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications. On-Site Logistics Management: Design and implement effective on-site logistics strategies to manage the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel, minimizing disruptions in the congested area. Coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and work sequences to optimize efficiency and safety on-site. Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Review technical drawings, specifications, and change orders. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including HO Support team, Management, and local communities. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
