Job Description

Urgent Requirements: International Customer Support || Voice||Semi Voice||Non Voice||

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding medical insurance queries
Deliver accurate information and excellent customer support
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards
Follow all company policies and security protocols

Location: Hyderabad & Kolkata.

Salary:Voice Process Fresher 3 lpa, Experiance - 4.5 lpa.

Non Voice Fresher 12k take home.

Semi Voice Fresher 15k , Experiance - 18k take home.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 10+2 or Graduate qualification
Minimum 1 year experience in an
International Voice Process
is
mandatory
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong
problem-solving skills
with a customer-first attitude
Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
Relieving letter
from previous employer is mandatory
