Urgent Requirement- Profile- Project Manager Experience- 10-15yrs Location- Mumbai (Airoli/Worli) Certificate Mandatory- Prince 2 (Foundation) Basic Knowledge- Data Center & IT infra Job description- 1. The scope of a project manager is the sum of all the tasks, activities, and deliverables that the project manager has to perform or oversee during the project lifecycle. The scope of a project manager can vary depending on the type, size, complexity, and context of the project, but it generally includes the following Identifying project goals and scope Planning and documenting project tasks Ensuring deliverables are delivered on time Managing all project resources Communicating with stakeholders Eliminating blockers and potential risks Documenting project process 2. Different Scope on Different Projects The scope of a project manager should be defined at the beginning of the project, in alignment with the project Scope & Key stakeholders. The project charter or a project initiation document, should outlines the project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, roles and responsibilities, assumptions, constraints, and risks. The output of a project manager should be clear, realistic, and measurable, and it should be reviewed and updated throughout the project as needed. 3. SLA of a PMO/Deliverables The SLAs for a project should be defined in the beginning of the Project depending upon the Project Deliverables, Milestones, Activities, Risks, Dependencies Every Milestone/Activity is required to have a target closure date which should be baselined in the beginning/planning stage of the Project the PMO would be the success manager for achieving these targets any delay or misses would have to be documented with relevant and justifiable explanations Finally, the Overall Project Closure has to be achieved within the planned dates and the measurable metric is to be achieved and documented Can share resume at akriti.jaiswal@lrsservices.in
