Urgent Requirement- Desktop Support Engineer Exp-3+years Location- Gurgaon Roles & Responsibility- Installation and configuration of standard OS build, service packs & relevant OS/Security patches, Antivirus clients, availability tools, application clients (approved), mail clients & mail boxes, printers, scanners, etc. Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective team. Update the knowledge base in the tool based on the successful resolutions provided Support for local area network issues, DHCP client Install approved patches onto desktops / laptops which have failed automatic update from Service Desk Troubleshoot print queue related issues Troubleshoot O365, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams, Calendar sync/sharing issues Can share resume @akriti.jaiswal@lrsservices.in
