Job Purpose : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Operations to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting the market daily, engaging with travel agents and corporate clients to promote our products and drive business growth. Key Tasks: Conduct daily visits to travel agents in Chennai/Bangalore to explain our products and services. Engage with B2B and corporate clients to generate business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate partners. Identify potential business leads and follow up to convert them into successful deals. Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes. Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies: Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to effectively explain products and services to potential clients. Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Chennai/Bangalore. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus. Education: Graduates Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
