Job description Job Title: General Manager - Human Resources (GM - HR) -01 Experience: 15-20 Years Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering Location: IDA Bollaram, Telangana CTC : 6-10 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - HR to lead the human resources function for our manufacturing/engineering facility at IDA Bollaram. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup, with a strong background in strategic HR planning, industrial relations, compliance, talent management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. • Drive organizational change management and workforce planning. • Ensure a positive work culture to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. 2. Talent Acquisition & Management: • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. • Implement talent development programs and succession planning. • Work on employer branding to attract top talent. 3. Industrial Relations & Compliance: • Maintain harmonious industrial relations and liaise with labor unions. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements. • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively. 4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management: • Design and implement employee engagement and welfare programs. • Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting and appraisals. • Drive initiatives for skill enhancement and training programs. 5. Compensation & Benefits: • Ensure competitive and compliant payroll and benefits administration. • Benchmark compensation trends in the manufacturing sector. • Handle employee incentive programs and retention strategies. 6. HR Operations & Policy Implementation: • Oversee HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and HR automation. • Maintain HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards for strategic decision-making. • Lead HR audits and continuous process improvements. Key Requirements: • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. • Experience: 15-20 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role in a manufacturing/engineering setup. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory regulations, and industrial relations. • Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and compliance. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
