Job Description

Role: Admission Counselor

Location: Manesar, Haryana

Type: Work from Office

Days of working : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide detailed information about available programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and financial aid options.
Assess the academic and career interests of students to recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Assist students with application form filling, document submission, and other admission-related tasks.
Ensure timely and smooth processing of applications.
Represent the institution at educational fairs, seminars, and campus tours.
Conduct informative sessions for students, parents, and school representatives.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Provide guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual admission targets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 0-10 years in tele sales, preferably in the education sector (admissions, academic counseling, etc.)
Skills: Strong communication skills, has worked on CRM platforms for lead management
Attributes: Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and motivated to help students achieve their academic dreams
