Role & responsibilities Brief Description of Duties (or attach the Job Description) :- 1) Plant maintenance Planning and management: planning of preventive maintenance & executive it. 2) Machine maintenance planning and Scheduling: maintain all the machines for proper efficiency. 3) Maintenance Execution: corrective maintenance 4) Safety and Compliance: fire alarm ,hydrants ,fire panel & certificates . 5) Inventory Management: maintain and keep records of spare parts of all the machine for fast solution of problems 6) Reporting and Analysis: daily reporting, no of job cards done In a day. 7) Equipment & facility maintenance. 8) Compliance & safety 9) Budget management of spare parts . 10) Record keeping. 11) Process optimization 12) Knowledge of plant assets like filling machines ,labeling machines ,lifts ,compressors motors ,preventive maintenance ets . Preferred candidate profile Must have Problem solving skills ,time management & prioritization, multitasking, should be from beverage & liquor industries. Perks and benefits
