Role & responsibilities

Partnered with business leaders across West and East zones
Align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and project timelines
Automated and optimized end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiter productivity
Led talent analytics for the West Zone, leveraging Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to deliver insights on hiring trends, pipeline strength, and project readiness
Designed and maintained recruitment dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets to monitor key hiring metrics and enable proactive resource allocation
Implemented monthly L&D initiatives to identify skill gaps, support employee development, and drive engagement across cross functional teams
Created and delivered impactful action plans and presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets to inform and influence HR strategies
Built strong business partnerships to drive strategic workforce planning, talent retention, and succession initiative
Contributed to talent management, aligning workforce capabilities with business goals through data-driven insights and interventions
Drove employee engagement strategies, utilizing feedback mechanisms and learning analytics to improve workplace culture and performance outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

Should have exposer in HRBP role (specifically for technology team).
Should at least 5 years in HRBP role with Strong stakeholder Management (Mandatory)
