Familiarity with healthcare management software such as EHR, PMS, and other clinical and operational systems. Strong background in data analysis, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools, databases, and business intelligence software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). Experience in developing dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes. Certification in Healthcare Information Management (e.g., Certified Health Data Analyst - CHDA, Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist). Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with healthcare software platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
