Role & responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects - Mentor and manage a team of .NET / Angular developers - Break down client requirements into technical tasks and sprints - Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure deadlines are met - Own code quality through regular code reviews and process enforcement - Report weekly to leadership on team output, project status, and risks - Drive technical decisions, architecture, and best practices - Help scale the team through hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback Preferred candidate profile - 10+ years in software development (hands-on experience in .NET Core, Angular, SQL) - 3+ years in technical leadership or delivery management - Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum and sprint planning - Excellent communication and team leadership abilities - Proficiency in tools like Jira, Git, DevOps pipelines, etc. - Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a strong plus - Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based environment is preferred Perks and benefits Flexible Shift timings Paid Leaves Mediclaim 5 days working Decent Salary
