Motivate and support shop staff in the achievement of KRA. Making Spares as per requirements in progressive as well as stage tool & problem-solving online production. SAP Knowledge and TPM knowledge, Design department knowledge, Spare knowledge, Tool room documentation, Perfect Knowledge of IS/ ISO Audit
