• Tender analysis: Study tender documents to understand qualifications, scope of work, and evaluation criteria.
• Cross-departmental coordination: Liaise with other departments like finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.
• Submission management: Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and on time, including checking, binding, packing, and dispatching documents.
