Quality Management - Development of robust Quality systems suitable to requirements of management and Implement ISO system and monitor closely. - Establish communication and feedback system for customer satisfaction - Ensure availability of standard reference documents like Procedures, Guidelines, Training modules, Quality Assurance Plans, Formats - Ensure implementation of all standard formats across all sites - Facilitate revisions to reference documents suitable to latest revisions of standards, new developments in system and need of organization - Support tendering process for identification of risks and preparation of Risk Mitigation Plan - Establish Visual Control on Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Quality Planning / Deliverables at all projects - Organise sessions for key staff to create awareness about quality systems - Plan and co-ordinate Internal Audit for evaluating performance of the QMS / Respective Project. - Monitor follow up action consequent to the Internal / External audit to close all audit points - Identify training needs at site and organize training accordingly - Co-ordination during Clients Audits related to the Projects/ Management Systems - Ensure that the corrective actions are taken based on Nonconformities - Respond and close the external customer complaints and monitor effectiveness - Ensure Calibration of Measuring and Test Equipment at site - Facilitate meetings for analyses of various issues in quality to develop suitable action plans to mitigate the issues and derive suitable CAPA plans - Establish a system for better traceability of documents & records 2. Planning & Review of Functional Work - Review the performance of the QA & QC team - Respond to functional requirements of senior management, within agreed response time - Convey latest developments in function to team - Review the challenges in work of team and provide solutions in time - Review the urgent priorities and provide special attention on the same - Develop and monitor Training calendar for general and job-specific training - Guide the team on project schedule to ensure quality with optimized cost and timely delivery - Obtain innovative ideas from team for raising organizational performance 3. Review Meeting - Participate in all project meetings that involves discussion on quality at sites - Organise Quality Review meetings at HO and escalate key issues / Abnormalities / Non conformances for further actions to senior management - Facilitate quality review meetings at site by co-ordinating with Project Managers and site Quality engineers - Advise the project management team on qualitative requirements, latest trends in quality and various options to ensure quality of materials & work - Ensure proper documentation of all advices, minutes of meetings, or any other documents shared / received during the project planning or review meetings 4. MIS / Reports Preparation - Create MIS / Report template as needed by Senior Management - Obtain MIS reports from site at suitable frequency and share with management 5. Team Building - Continuously share knowledge with team to help them work independently - Uplift the team competencies, skill and knowledge.
