Role & responsibilities

Who are we looking for:

Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0.6 -2 Years

1. Administrative Support

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail, etc.) .

2. Office Management

Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and requisitions are processed.
Maintain and organize office files and documentation (both physical and digital).
Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and supplies.
Upkeep of the facility.
Handle Office support staff

3 . Travel Arrangements

Book travel, accommodations, and other logistics for employees.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure compliance with travel policies.

4. Team Support

Assist other team members with their administrative needs.
Facilitate onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations and providing orientation materials.

5. Event Coordination

Plan and organize team events, training sessions, and other gatherings.
Ensure smooth execution of events within budget and timeline.
