He should have well system knowledge of TPM , BAL, JIPM, IMEA, IMExI Awards & TPS/TQM/ QMS. 2. He should have leadership Qualities. 3. He should have positive attitude and should work with full dedication and with teamwork. 4. He should have sound knowledge of MS office & should be fluent in English. 5. He should have excellent communication skills. Required Competencies: Technical - SAP Support to plant as a TPM & IMEA/ imexi facilitator Support to plant for JIPM TPM Award Challenges Support to plant and follow up for the Monthly PQCDSM Preparation Support for Analysis and guidance of PQCDSM result and guidance to team to improvements Support for 16 Losses data verification and guidance regarding the losses minimization Conduct Corporate Trainings as per schedule Visit to plants location for TPM progress tracking & training to plant team Support to Group level kaizen monitoring system Support to define plant /Pillar targets Present plant activity to corporate level Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
