Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industrial customers. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate product solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the manager. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree. 2–3 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
