Job Summary: Crimson- International School of Secunderabad looking for a results-driven Admission Counsellor to lead student enrollment efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing, communication, and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into successful admissions while ensuring a seamless admission process. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and recruit prospective students. Collaborate with the Principal, Regional Head, faculty, and administrators to establish admission standards and criteria. Evaluate and process applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to policies. Coordinate and conduct admission tests and interviews. Engage in market outreach activities to increase student enrollment. Act as the primary contact for prospective students and parents, addressing queries. Manage the admissions process, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, generating proposals, negotiating, and closing. Maintain and update records of admissions activities and reports. Analyze and track leads, providing insights on conversion rates. Generate weekly reports on campaign performance and lead progress. Support marketing initiatives as per management requirements. Handle admission inquiries via phone and in-person visits. Resolve admission-related issues in coordination with the Regional Head. Accurately capture and enter student data into the system. Increase walk-ins and conversions through effective follow-ups on leads and referrals. Ensure confidentiality of all admission-related data. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in admissions, preferably within the education sector. Education: Bachelors degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred). Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills. Target-Driven: Ability to achieve and exceed admission targets. Preferred: Experience in CBSE and International School admissions.
