About the Role: We are looking for a Process Excellence & Product Intelligence Lead to drive operational efficiency, AI-driven intelligence, sales channel expansion, and lead optimization across our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart or multi-cohort product-driven organizations like PolicyBazaar, JustDial, with a deep understanding of process optimization, AI deployment, sales enablement, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Process Excellence & Optimization: Design and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and automation frameworks to optimize workflows. Identify process bottlenecks and deploy technology-driven solutions to improve productivity. Product Intelligence & AI Deployment: Work with product & tech teams to integrate AI/ML models for process automation, lead intelligence, and sales optimization. Leverage AI-driven insights to enhance customer segmentation, lead prioritization, and conversion rates. Drive implementation of predictive analytics, chatbots, automated lead scoring, and intelligent recommendation engines. Ensure seamless integration of AI tools across CRM, marketing automation, and sales platforms. Sales Channel Development & Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and implement new sales channels (online/offline) for customer acquisition. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to test and scale multi-channel strategies. Deploy AI-driven tools for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing. Optimize lead flow from various channels using intelligent lead-scoring mechanisms and automated follow-ups. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Data Science teams to align AI-driven intelligence and process excellence with business goals. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to translate process gaps into scalable solutions. Engage with external AI solution providers to deploy the latest sales automation and lead optimization tools. Data-Driven Insights & Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and process metrics to track efficiency, lead quality, and conversion success. Develop real-time dashboards and AI-powered analytics for decision-making. Conduct A/B testing on sales channels, lead management strategies, and AI-driven automation to maximize ROI. Key Qualifications & Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Process Excellence, AI Deployment, Sales Channel Expansion, and Lead Optimization roles. Prior experience in eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or multi-cohort platforms like PolicyBazaar, JustDial, Paytm, or similar. Expertise in process automation, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, AI-based intelligence deployment, and business transformation. Strong understanding of CRM, AI-powered sales enablement tools, and digital lead management. Hands-on experience working with AI/ML solutions, lead filtration algorithms, chatbots, NLP models, and predictive analytics tools. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics-driven platforms is a plus. Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
