Role & responsibilities Hi Folks, Looking for IT Recruiter Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top IT talent. Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding assistance. Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and recruitment best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Experience with technical screening methods is a plus. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and talent attraction techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for cloud technologies, DevOps, software development, cybersecurity, and data engineering roles. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations related to hiring. Certification in recruitment or HR-related fields (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) is a plus.
