Job description Urgently Hiring! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Presales Executive to join our IT hardware firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hardware products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our product offerings to new and existing clients. Role & Responsibilities: - Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients. Responsible for Managing Customer Relationship, Ensuring Sales Growth, Building Sales Strategies, Attending Sales Calls in field. Develop and implement for sales and marketing strategies which will focus on promoting the products, retain customer, generate revenue and market expansion. Responsible for all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation through contract closing. Handling IT hardware or software problems. Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer/IT Products systems and networks, both before and after the sale. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our hardware solutions. Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer appropriate IT solutions, and generate sales. Develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients. Utilize strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to negotiate deals and close sales. Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Preferred candidate profile: - 3-5 years of experience in sales & presales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware sales, including servers, laptops, desktops, switches, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through lead generation and territory management. Passion for sales and business development management. strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Skilled in CRM and lead generation platforms. Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel. Positive attitude towards work.
