Satguru Travels Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Job Type: Full Time Location: Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. With 2-3 years of experience, you will bring a solid foundation in HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR-related matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees. Understand business strategies and translate them into effective HR initiatives. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary. Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of performance management processes. Coach managers on providing effective feedback and developing employee performance. Assist in the development of talent management and succession planning strategies. Talent Management: Assist with talent acquisition processes. Support onboarding processes. Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR data. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Provide reports to management on key HR metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience in Travel Industry preferred.
