Job Responsibilities:
1. Printing & Scanning Of Documents
2. Record Keeping In Excel Sheets
3.Office Inventory Management
4. Co-Coordinating & Handling Front Desk Activities.
5. Ensure Office Area Is Tidy And Presentable By Coordinating With Housekeeping Team.
6. Receive, Sort And Distribute Documents
7. Maintain Office Security By Following Safety Procedures And Controlling Access Via The Reception Desk.
8. Keep Updated Records With Inward/Outward Of Stationary.
9 . Any Other Work If Required
Required Skills:
1.Any Graduation in any Specialization
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
3. Hands on experience with office machines (for example; fax, printer etc.)
4. In-depth knowledge of office management.
5. Excellent Communication Skill.
