Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We at Kailash Healthcare Ltd is urgently hiring for Gym Trainer for Sector 62, Noida. The Gym Trainer will be responsible to provide Gym Training, Fitness & Wellness Training to the clients. He and She will also be responsible for providing a proper training program to the gym members.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement effective training programs for gym members, focusing on fitness goals and wellness objectives.
Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their needs, provide guidance, and monitor progress.
Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring equipment safety and proper functioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience as a personal trainer or in a related field (fitness industry).
Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, nutrition planning, injury prevention techniques, and mental health strategies.
Good communication skills with ability to motivate diverse client populations.
Should have a certification for fitness training
