Position: Global Sales Associate Location: WFH Working Hours : 12 PM to 9 PM 8 PM to 5 AM Experience: 0-3Years Working days: 6 days Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive information to prospective learners through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Guide students and parents on their learning needs via structured counselling sessions (K-12 segment). Arrange appointments and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up interactions. Handle objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales revenue. Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments. Sustain open communication until the learner is fully integrated into the system. Essential Skills: Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with potential clients. Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor that fosters positive connections. Driven to expand the company's reach through innovative sales techniques. Self-motivated and capable of independent initiative. In-depth comprehension of the company's offerings and industry positioning.
