Calling insurance companies to get the status. 4. Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement. 5. Maintain the individual daily logs. 6. Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs. 7. Work cohesively in a team setting and assist team members to achieve shared goals. 8.
