Post : Team Leader Process : Domestic (DGVCL) Education : Graduate Experience: Any BPO experience (Preferred Inbound) Shift Timing : 24*7 Salary : Up to 25k (Depending on last drawn and interview) Location : Surat Job Summary : We're seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to lead our BPO operations team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional results in terms of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of customer service representatives. Quality Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching. Productivity Management: Ensure team meets productivity targets, including handling time, calls per hour, and sales targets. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure team provides exceptional customer service, meeting customer satisfaction targets. Shrinkage Management: Minimize shrinkage (absenteeism, tardiness, etc.) through effective scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee engagement strategies. Attrition Management: Implement strategies to reduce employee attrition, including employee recognition, development opportunities, and feedback mechanisms. Process Adherence: Ensure team adheres to processes, procedures, and standards. Escalation Management: Handle customer complaints and escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
