We are seeking passionate, results-driven sales professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth , building strong client relationships , and developing strategic sales plans to maximize hotel occupancy and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in MICE, / Corporates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, MICE Agents, and corporate businesses . Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence . Lead negotiations, contracts, and proposals for high-value events and bookings. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals . Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in MICE / Corporate Sales / Hospitality Sales . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment . Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field .
