Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product and program management for web, mobile, and embedded projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing sprints and iterative development in digital projects.
• Utilize Waterfall methodology for structured planning and execution of embedded systems projects.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing Agile/Scrum projects for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology for embedded systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) and PMP or equivalent.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
