were looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the marketing team, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video and animation content that aligns with our brand identity and product priorities. You will use your skills to create powerful stories that capture audiences and pique their interest. Your video content should appeal to the HR teams, recruiters, and employers, help customers understand the product, and empower them to maximize its value and benefits. Responsibilities Create visually striking and informative motion graphics and animated content for various digital media platforms, including websites, social media, and digital displays. Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content. Understand the product, identify customers’ needs, and create new video content. Work closely with the creative team to produce animations that align with project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and maintain brand consistency across all content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines and deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your work. Requirements and skills Experience: 2-3 years A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Multi-media, Marketing, or a related field A keen eye for design and aesthetics Expertise in industry-standard design and animation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, and other relevant tools A strong portfolio of published content (Please add it to your resume) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Prior experience in SaaS / Tech industry and 3D animation is a plus Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site) Apply now to join an amazing team, make a difference, and build your career with Jobma.
