Were looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our team and contribute creative ideas to help achieve our goals while gaining valuable hands-on experience. In this role, you will collaborate with our digital marketing team, take on administrative duties, and actively participate in developing and implementing strategies. Your insightful contributions will be key in expanding, developing, and maintaining our marketing channels. Responsibilities Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendars, and schedule posts for optimal engagement. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, and create performance reports. Brainstorm campaign ideas and perform market analysis and research on competition. Assist in creative content creation, and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email, paid ads, etc.) Understand the product, identify customers’ needs, and brainstorm new ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing requirements and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines and deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your work. Requirements and skills Experience: 6 months - 1 year Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive A Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary Certificate or a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Multi-media, Marketing, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with marketing software (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Canva) and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, etc. A keen eye for design and aesthetics Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site)
