• Manage lead conversations effectively and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of customer support processes.
• Typing speed of
