Brief: We are looking for a Technology Lead with experience to lead a technical team

of AI/ GenAI developers and engineers. The role involves facilitating development and

deploying AI solutions, ensuring project success. 

Responsibilities: 

• Leading the design, implementation and maintenance of AI/GenAI models based

scalable solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, IBM Watson, GCS and

other cloud platforms 

• Create Project Plans for AIML/GenAI projects 

• Code reviews and feedback to the team 

• Oversee front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration

and performance optimization. 

• Design and implement robust data structures to support AI model training,

deployment, and management. 

• Manage and execute project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and

adherence to project goals. 

• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as

needed. 

• Solving complex functional and technical problems, provide innovative solutions 

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-

performance work environment. 

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and

ensure alignment with business objectives. 

• Implement project governance practices to ensure compliance and effective

project execution. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve

organizational goals. 

• Drive initiatives that will result in savings and improvement in efficiency 

Must-have Qualifications: 

• Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 5 years exp in AIML/GenAI 

• Proven experience in leading AI/ML/GenAI model deployment projects and

managing cross-functional teams. 

• Proficiency in Python language 

• Experience in front-end and back-end development, data structuring, and project

management. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

environment. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments 

• Proven track record in project governance and stakeholder management. 

Good-to-have Qualifications: 

• Certification from leading providers like Microsoft, Google, IBM, AWS (e.g., Azure

Data Science Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning) 

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure

Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps. 

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates,

or Bicep. 

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools

like Kubernetes
