Role Title : Functional Consultant / Solution Consultant Location : Pune About the Role : The role focuses on guiding clients through CLM transformations, implementing and configuring Sirion or similar products, and gathering requirements. Candidates need 5+ years of consulting experience, expertise in ERP/CRM/CLM modules, and strong communication and multitasking skills. A bachelors degree and the ability to deliver quality work remotely and on-site are required. What Youll Do : • Help clients navigate the CLM transformation including providing advise on implementation, and configuration of Sirion during the sales process • Provide functional and technical expertise to prospects during the sales process • Experience and expertise in implementing CLM modules or other • Procurement/ERP/CRM packaged products preferred • Provide clients with necessary functional/technical aptitude to provide assurances that the Sirion product can be configured to meet business requirements and design specifications • Ability to research, solution, or otherwise identify answers or approaches to requirements presented by clients in a self-directed manner • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, provide professional services pricing estimations, draft and negotiate professional services SOW • Prioritize clients' interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations Work well in both individual and team settings both onsite and remote What You’ll Need : • 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience • Relevant packaged products implementation experience • Functional/technical proficiency with implementation of single/multiple modules within a product • Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules (e.g., Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information • Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, Inventory) • Experience designing, mapping, and integrating systems with third-party ERP's and other relevant business systems • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective • Ability to manage and effectively balance multiple clients and systems designs Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
